As a pediatric nurse practitioner and pediatric nutritionist with all the "right" knowledge, I still struggled. Working with me is completely custom to your family’s needs.  While yes, we use my signature framework for feeding and healing, I tailor the process to meet you and your family where you're at. 

We get to meet up on video, talk about your family and babies and how we can help you feel like the expert you are, all while in the comfort of your own home. 

So, how does this all work?

  • Book your package or submit your application and schedule your free discovery call to discuss options. Once you submit your application, you will be directed to schedule your free discovery call to ask any questions about the program and get clarity on if this is right for you. Once we decide on your plan, we’ll get you booked and set up! 

  • You will receive notifications to complete your forms and access the portal where we will communicate, access your content, attend group calls, schedule follow ups, and you’ll receive all your support and care! 

  • For group clients, I will welcome you in the portal and make sure you are all set up for our first group call and design you’re initial plan! You’ll have access to all of the upcoming calls, learning content, resources, bonuses, as each new week approaches. You will have direct access to me immediately to start conducting your unique plan! Each week of the group is designed to build on the previous week so you can have a systemized plan for growth and navigating feeding challenges.

    For 1-on-1 clients, we’ll design your initial plan based during our onboarding call and make sure you can access all the tools and resources you’ll need to be successful.  We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly to check in, provide plan adjustments, navigate barriers, and see what’s working.  As you and your child grow with the program we add on to the plan to continue to meet their needs.

As a parent, I know how hard it can be to worry about what our kids are eating

I created this program because I’ve been in those same shoes. The overwhelm that came when being told by the pediatrician to start solids and having no idea what or how to feed. The fear when my baby wasn’t ready for solids and I thought I was doing it wrong. The frustration that came at the table when that baby became a toddler and refused foods she previously accepted. The overwhelm and feeling the weight of trying to “fix” things.

Even as a pediatric nurse practitioner, I’ve been there too! The transformation I’ve experienced with my own family and so many other parents just like you has made me realize what’s possible, and I want that same peace for you.
