As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, pediatric nutrition and health coach, certified professional youth coach, and mom of 3, I specialize in helping families fuel their kids from the inside out—so they can grow, thrive, and perform at their best.

So, how does this all work?

Once you submit your application (with as much detail as possible!), you’ll be directed to book your free discovery call. We’ll talk through your athlete’s needs, answer questions, and make sure the program is the right fit. Once we’ve got your game plan, we’ll get everything scheduled and set up to go!

Once you're officially on the roster, you'll get access to your client portal where we’ll handle all forms, scheduling, and communication. This is your team hub—where you’ll find resources, track progress, join coaching calls, and get support every step of the way.

Our first coaching session is your athlete’s strategy meeting. We’ll build out a custom fueling plan and make sure you know how to use all the tools, resources, and support available. From there, we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly to make real-time adjustments based on growth, training load, or schedule changes—so your child keeps making progress, safely and confidently.

Bite Sized Strong is designed for active kids and youth athletes ages 12–18, whether they’re just starting out or already training at a higher level. If your child is younger or older, reach out—we may still be a great fit or can help guide you to the right support.

Not at all. This program is great for any active child—rec league, school sports, dance, martial arts, or just kids who love to move. If your child is burning energy regularly, fueling well matters.

You’ll receive sample meal and snack ideas, fueling templates, and plate-building guidance tailored to your child’s schedule. Rather than rigid meal plans, we focus on flexible frameworks that adapt to your life and your athlete’s needs.

Yes—these are often signs of under-fueling, dehydration, or poor timing of meals/snacks. We’ll troubleshoot symptoms and support your child’s energy, digestion, and recovery. Although this program is not to take the place of medical care or medical nutrition therapy. You should always talk with your child’s medical provider if you have concerns about their condition.

This program is not a substitute for medical nutrition therapy. If your child has a complex medical diagnosis (like diabetes, celiac, or eating disorders), I’ll gladly refer you to a specialized provider and coordinate care if needed.
