As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, I am trained to assess each child individually, using the nursing process to find solutions that will work for the entire family.

Let's face it — scrolling through parenting advice online is like trying to drink from a fire hose. One article tells you one thing, the next completely contradicts it.

But here's the thing: your kid isn't generic advice. Your family isn't a one-size-fits-all situation. And you shouldn't have to piece together random tips from the internet when you need real answers.

My 1:1 consultations give you direct access to personalized guidance that actually makes sense for your child and your life. No more guessing games.

Meet Cierra

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner + Mom of 3

  • When you book a consultation with me, I'll give you actionable strategies you can implement immediately, help you understand what's normal versus what needs attention with feeding and raising kids, provide evidence-based guidance for navigating the challenges that come up, validate your concerns, and teach you first aid skills so you can worry less and feel prepared for whatever comes your way.

  • Toddler climbing on you during the call? Baby deciding it's time to eat right when we start? I've been there as both a nurse and a mom of three — we'll make it work!

I want to help you help your little one thrive.

What parents love

  • Expert Knowledge, Parent Heart — 12+ years of pediatric experience plus raising three kids myself. I translate complex medical info into simple, actionable guidance that actually makes sense for busy families.

  • From First Bites to First Aid — Comprehensive support across all early childhood wellness needs. No more piecing together advice from different sources — everything you need in one trusted place.

  • Real-Time Support — Text me between sessions when questions pop up. No waiting days for answers when you need reassurance about what's normal or what needs attention.

  • Reassuring, Not Alarming — Evidence-based functional support without the fear tactics. You'll learn what truly matters for your kids’ wellness versus what's just noise, so you can worry less and enjoy parenting more.

  • Simple Steps, Real Results — Bite-sized strategies that fit your actual life -your real schedule, budget, comfort level, and family preferences.

  • These are educational consultations, not medical services, so they're not covered by insurance. However, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for the consultations — check with your provider. I offer payment plans to make the support more accessible for families.

  • Yes! All packages include text/email/voice message support between sessions. I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays. For true emergencies, I always recommend calling your pediatrician or 911, but I'm here for those "Is this normal?" moments that pop up.

  • Yes! Check out our starting solids program here. We take a holistic approach to feeding babies and laying healthy foundations from day one. Covering everything from what to feed, how to feed, when to feed, how to manage milk feeds and solid meals, to establishing the gut microbiome to safety preparedness, and what to do in emergencies.

  • I work with parents of babies and young children from 6 months through early elementary years, with particular expertise in the first 1,000 days (birth to age 2). This is perfect for parents who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves around feeding, health, and safety decisions. If you're tired of feeling uncertain and want to build confidence in your parenting choices, this is for you.

  • As of now, all consultations are virtual and include the educational basics of CPR and choking response. If you want to become formally certified, I offer certification through the American Red Cross for local St. Louis residents in my in-person classes. You’ll get the education and training in our virtual sessions, and can then attend one of my local in-person trainings for the skills check to receive official certification.

  • Absolutely! All consultations are done via video call, so I work with families everywhere. The only exception is functional lab testing, which I can only provide for Missouri residents.

  • These consultations are educational support, not medical treatment. If your child has a diagnosed condition, you'll continue working with your medical team for treatment. I can provide complementary education and lifestyle support that works alongside your medical care.

  • Your pediatrician is essential for medical care, growth checks, and diagnoses. I focus on the day-to-day questions and challenges between appointments — like how to actually implement feeding advice, what's normal behavior versus concerning, and building your confidence to handle everyday situations at home.

  • Not at all. My goal is to take stress off your plate, not add to it. Everything I teach is practical, bite-sized, and built into your existing daily rhythms. You’ll leave feeling more confident and less overwhelmed—not with a longer to-do list.

  • You can always book a free discovery call to discuss your specific needs and goals. I'll help you choose the consult package that makes the most sense, or we might determine that one of our classes or resources is a better fit. I have limited spots each month for new consultations. There's no commitment with a discovery call, but it ensures this is the right fit for both of us.

  • You can book a Private CPR class or hop on a call with me to discuss options for consultations and ask your questions. To ensure an engaging and intimate client/family-coach relationship, I have limited spots each month. Please apply so we can ensure this is a good fit for everyone and discuss service options.

    Step one - Connect

Once you submit your onboarding form (with as much detail as possible!), you’ll be directed to book your free discovery call. We’ll talk through your family’s needs, answer questions, and make sure the services are the right fit. Once we’ve got your game plan, we’ll get everything booked and scheduled and set up to go!

    Step two - Get started

Once you've officially booked your consultation, you'll get access to your client portal where we’ll handle all forms, scheduling, and communication. This is your HIPAA compliant hub—where you’ll find resources,  join our appointment sessions and get support every step of the way.

You will receive a few onboarding forms and documents to fill out.  Please complete those prior to our first consultation so I tailor our session to your needs.! Make sure to bring your questions and your child’s story.

    Step three - We meet

We’ll meet up on our first onboarding call and design your initial plan.  We’ll make sure you can access all the tools and resources you’ll need to be successful.  We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly to check in (based on your package), provide plan adjustments, navigate barriers, and see what’s working.  As you and your child grow we add on to the plan to continue to meet their needs.  You’ll have access to me in between calls to get real time feedback and ask any questions.

    Step 4 - Celebrate

There are so many feeding wins and good things coming for your child and YOU!  You’ll feel that stress start to fade away and I want to make sure we celebrate every win, both big and small!
