Simplifying Health. Nourishing Kids. Empowering Families.
Raising healthy kids shouldn’t feel so hard
I help families raise healthy, confident kids by simplifying nutrition, movement, and everyday wellness—so your child can thrive from the inside out.

My Approach
Preventive Pediatric Wellness
At Bite Sized Wellness, I use a whole-child approach to help parents build strong, lasting foundations for their kids’ health through simple habits in four key areas:
Nutrition + Feeding
Movement + Physical Literacy
Sleep + Stress Regulation
Family Rhythms + Empowerment
Because all of these are deeply connected—and when we focus on prevention, not quick fixes, we give kids what they need to truly thrive.
We’re changing the way early childhood wellness is taught, lived, and experienced—
because strong foundations don’t come from doing more...
They come from doing what matters, consistently and early on.
Hi, I’m Cierra!
I’m a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in pediatrics—and advanced training in pediatric intensive care, pediatric obesity medicine, precision medicine, pediatric nutrition, and youth fitness.
But more importantly…
I’m a regular mom of three, navigating the messy, beautiful, chaotic reality of raising healthy kids, just like you.
Stressing over feeding my baby and toddler, all the meals and food refusals, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, second-guessing every choice, and just wanting to do it right.
I created Bite Sized Wellness to be the resource I wish I had when I started my parenting journey…
Now I help families lay strong foundations through nutrition, movement, rhythm, and daily habits that actually work in real life.

What if things could be Different
Imagine….
One meal the whole family eats
Less stress over what (and how) to feed.
A clear plan that actually works for your family
Understanding why your child resists food.
Knowing your child is getting what they need.
Your child’s health shifts because you got to the root
No more midnight Google searches.
Confidence at meals, no second-guessing, or food battles
Your child willingly tries new foods without the meltdowns.
It’s possible. Let me show you how.
Take what ya need

Stop Second-Guessing and Feed with Confidence
Work with me
You’re not doing it wrong—you just need a plan that actually works for your child and your family.
I help you piece it all together with custom nutrition strategies and a step-by-step plan tailored to your child’s unique needs.
Sound familiar?
Mealtimes feel like a daily battle
Your toddler refuses almost everything you offer
You’re constantly second-guessing their nutrition
You’re tired of cooking separate meals
Meltdowns and stress are the norm at the table
You’ve tried everything, but nothing sticks
You just want calm, confidence, and a clear path forward
You’re done “waiting it out” and want real change—not survival mode
Community Education + Speaking Events
